Utopia Borealis began on our working farm in Northern Minnesota — rooted in a belief that good things should be made simply, thoughtfully and close to their source.

For more than 50 years, our farm has been a place for growing, experimenting and learning from the land. Today, it is where we develop our products from seed to sip — growing ingredients, testing formulations and producing in small batches.
